For patients with no history or presence of periodontal disease.
  • 2 cleanings
  • 1-2 exams
  • Digital x-rays (if needed)
  • Adjunct oral cancer screening
  • Fluoride treatment
  • 1 emergency visit (if needed)
  • 1 cosmetic consultation (if desired)

Child Plan

$249 per year

For children age 12 and under.
  • 2 cleanings

Perio Plan

$599 per year

For patients with a history or presence of periodontal disease.
  • 4 periodontal maintenance visits (schedule recommended by a dentist or dental hygienist)

  • Fluoride treatment
  • 1 emergency visit (if needed)
